TS5 Mortgages was established in 2024, and as the name suggests we have local links to the TS5 postcode and the wider Middlesbrough area, however we are very much here to help you no matter where you are based in the UK - so get in touch today!

From our home to yours

He's provided mortgage advice for a number of years and prior to founding TS5 mortgages he supervised others advising to ensure fair and appropriate advice was given. He's now giving you his expertise to ensure your advice is the best it can be.

Craig completed his Mortgage advice and practice (CeMAP) qualification in 2016, and his Regulated equity release (CeRER) qualification in 2024 the latter allowing him to broaden the offering to include lifetime mortgages. He has also completed a number of other financial qualifications such as the Chartered Bankers Diploma so you can be rest assured you're in good hands.
