Our job as CeMAP qualified advisers is to find you the most suitable deal which meets with your requirements. We will understand you and your needs before we give you advice as to which is the right mortgage for you. Finding a mortgage is a big deal and likely the biggest financial commitment you will make, so let our expertise guide you through.
You will need to provide us with evidence of your income (such as payslips or tax returns), evidence of your expenditure (such as bank statements and credit card statements) together with information of any other assets/liabilities you hold (such as savings or other loans). Don’t worry we will guide you through this with our online portal.
Often you will incur early repayment charges to re-mortgage before the end of your current deal so only in certain situations is this worthwhile. However you can submit your details and we will contact you when your re-mortgage is due.
